The Twisted Companions were a group of ruthless mutants and beastmen, put together by Tom to hunt down and capture Kelein Follendorfer. They plagued the party across the Searland and eventually fell under the control of Baron Ulfhednar. They left the Searland in search of the party, finally meeting their end just downriver from Orryk during an ill-conceived naval ambush.
