Théona Lightoller is one possible alias of Sylviana de Nedici, Societé des Ombres.  She is, for all intents and purposes, a Harkanian human female who works as a recruiter for Seagarden recruiter.

A native of the City-on-the-Flat, Théona had a relatively normal childhood.  Daughter of a thalmaturg and a librarian, she inherited both in force, being recruited to Seagarden for schooling, where she entered the phaellur, or rational school.  After graduating from Seagarden, she was invited to join the staff.  She created her own position as a recruiter for Harkanian prospective students, as Harkania has traditionally represented low numbers of the student body.  She has been moderately successful, due to her own position as bridge between two considerably disparate societies.

She has fallen in with the party to find faster transport through the Searland & Lightlands to find more students.

Théona is 24 years old, and has ash blonde hair and grey eyes.  She dresses in fashions that are slightly outdated, befitting her status as an academic, but well-kept, and usually in earthier tones.  She carries around plenty of satchels filled with books, and seems to be recording everything in a journal.  Her fingers are stained with ink.  Always.
