Founded 0 PA (Phael Age), Jardin di Mare, or in the Harkanian, Seagarden, is the location of Acadamo, the only school for magic training in the Phael world.  It is an island situated off the coast of Sevilla. 

Originally formed with nine colleges - those ending in phael -  in 500 PA, it became secularized, and added an additional 9 colleges as balance to the original 9.  These colleges are named for the phael elements listed below.

For the most part Seagarden remains a primarily Sevillian university, not only because Harkanians are usually not part of the Phael chuch, but also because rampant xenophobia.

Currently, there are approximately 2000 students at Seagarden, with class sizes in the mid-to-high 200s.  Particular school population varies, but is generally around 100.
