The Red Crown is a cults of Tzeentch, founded by the Searlander blood-mage, Etelka Herzen. It is dedicated, primarily, to the mining of warpstone and the manufacture of black market magical goods.  Most recently, Étienne L'Peluda, a member of the Sevillian Societé des Ombres, had ingratiated himself with Herzen and the cult, but met his demise soon after after.
