DescriptionHe was born out of the rage of the first cultists at the horrific state of the world. Tzeentchian hope, Nurglesque despair, Slaaneshi nihilism, Nechocic denial and Zuvassite self-amusement had all led to terrible paths. The first cultists of K'horne reacted with rage, anger and spite and the blood god was born. Being young and naive compared to his siblings as well as knowing only anger, K'hornate bids for power tend to be blunt, brutal and ineffective. He feels slighted by his siblings and, indeed, he is.
IconographyK'horne is usually portrayed as a suit of bright red armor, encrusted with his symbol (a stylized skull), with six arms each holding a different weapon (sword, spear, axe, whip, hammer and flail), and a horned helm with six eyeslits. He is sometimes portrayed seated on a brass throne atop a pile of skulls. Blood oozes from every chink in his armor and coats every weapon. More often than not the armor is meant to be hollow, emphasizing that K'horne lives for battle and it nothing without his martial acoutremants.

Cult HistoryK'hornate cultists tend to be disaffected outcasts. He has found a great following in the beastmen of the Searland Forest, as well as dim and brutal people the world over. Occasionally a great military tactician falls under K'horne's sway and gives K'horne's army more than simple destructiveness. Under these leaders the forces of K'horne are a truly terrifying force. They sweep through outskirt hamlets and towns, raping, murdering and eviscerating every man, woman, child, and animal they run across. So total is the destruction that often times bodies of any kind cannot be found. All that's left are ashes, blood stains, and bone fragments. Thankfully, brilliant tacticians are rare among the K'hornate and most of his followers are sociopaths who rarely work well with others. Most of the time they are violent and brutal loners who delight in cruelty, torture, rape and murder. Sometimes, when a K'hornate warband disbands, the former brothers in arms will turn on each other and the entire arrangement will deovur itself in an orgy of blood. It is not uncommon to see cultists of K'horne horribly scarred or disfigured as a result of their worship. The cults tend to rise and fall recruiting an army and then falling apart, nonetheless some cults have risen to prominence such that their names are remembered. These include the Sons of Slaughter, the Blood Chargers, the Replendant Company, Razor's Edge and the Red Tide.
