Inoxpheles

Inoxpheles (25BA-15PA) is the quasi-mythical founder of the Phael Church who laid the first stones of Seagarden and brought the light of the phael to the pagan Sevine Republic.

In the chaotic times after the Arkasha Empire was destroyed, the Impaxtos clan of Western Sevilla became a major economic force, trading with the relatively advanced R'hundalla, Ugarite Valley, and Mycopalusian societies.  The warrior-king Inoxpheles Impaxtos supposedly had a revelation of the natural order of the universe and travels to an island he believes to be in the center of the Circle.  There, he lays the foundation of Seagarden Academy and establishes the order of the Phael, gleaned from Ugarite and Moktok lore combined with Akrashan philosophy.  Over the next two hundred years, the Phaeline Heresy is instituted, which doubles the original nine deified tenets.  The Phael faith spread across what became the Sevillian Empire and beyond.
