Harkanian Bellgrim were the result of genetic manipulation of Human and the now-extinct Harkanian Moktok DNA by Aelves, thousands of years ago.

They are more streamlined and standard in form than other bellgrim, possessing reverse jointed legs, tiny tusks, dorsal hair, three toed splayed feet small horns.
