Gaius Vorenus Lunarus

    was the progenitor of the Lennaire Family and member of the Daoine.

Background

Early Life

  Gaius was born in Aroad to Sevine parents who sold him to a traveling company of players when he was ten.  He spent five years as a sex slave to the head player and learning the skills of a Bard before managing to escape.  After his escape he was taken in by a Terremirian seer.  The seer taught Gaius about his ancestors who came from Sevinia's hinterlands and had witnessed the last earthbound fight between Lawbringer and Fallen. With the seer's help Gaius became an adept devouted to Cruun bent on discovering the effect and importance of the moon.

  When he was nearly 17 the seer died and Gaius  joined the centurion guard.

  In 2308 BA he was assigned as security to a Terremirian diplomatic mission where he met the rest of the party.

Nurgle's Ascention

  During this time Gaius travled with the Legendary Party and fell in love with Charis Liadan whom he later married.

Later Life

  His marriage with Charis was long, tempestuous, and childless.  When she disappeared, he made a deal with Aroa who temporarily returned his fertility allowing him to sire a child to carry on his work.

Physical Description

 Lunarus is lithe and spritely, appearing to be in his late twenties or early thirties. He has olive skin, long white hair, and deep, teal eyes.  Large portions of his body - mostly those parts usually covered by clothing - are covered in magical tattoos of both bardic and astrological nature.
