Fimiri (Fimir singular) are degenerate humanoids fom Moktur and The Wastes.

They stand about 8 feet tall with stocky, powerfully built, heavily muscled bodies, surrounded by a layer of blubber, similar to whales. They have rubbery skin ranging from green to black with a powerful beak , overgrown with drooping flesh, three toed, splayed feet, and a massive tail that ends in some kind of weapon, determined, through years of selective breeding, by cast. Warrior Fimiri have studded bone on the end of their tails, not unlike the head of a mace whereas Witch Queens have poisonous hooked barbs, similar to a scorpions stinger. They have little body hair and most have a pronounced pot belly. Though primitvie by the standards of other races, Fimiri have a complex matriarchal society ruled by Witch-Queens, highly skilled in dark and potent voodoo.
