The Arkasha Civilization (4000BA - 2000BA) was the first major human society in the Circle.  They lived in what is now considered Southern Sevilla, and the Northeastern Ugarite Valley.  

A bastion of philosophy and wisdom, their metallurgy, civil engineering and thaumaturgy rivals some of the most advanced even today.  Unfortuantely, their republican leanings made them easy prey for the Assyrosi invaders, who, after two thousand years of Akrashan rule, finally destroyed the Arkasha.
